Debbie has been the Administrator at VCC since 1997. She attended the University of Kentucky. She is also a Certified International Municipal Clerk/Treasurer, and Certified Human Resources Manager. Debbie has "Youth With A Mission" training and served on a Mercy Ship in the early 1990's. She has a strong passion for people to be free from debt and the bondage it brings. She feels incredibably blessed to be doing the work to which God has called her.

Debbie has two children, Joe and Emily, and three amazing and remarkable grandchildren. She enjoys family, friends, golf, and movies (the older the better).
